LEEDS PROPERTY FIGURES LAUNCH NICHE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM

A team of leading Leeds property figures have established a niche property management firm, Propstone, in response to market demand resulting from increased investment into the property sector.

Headed up by former Knight Frank partner, Philip Speight, Propstone combines the expertise of GMI Property’s Managing Director, Chris Gilman and Partners from Crowther Turnbull Booth, Andrew Crowther and Chris Booth who all identified a need for a stand-alone property management firm.

Propstone will draw upon Philip’s expertise of working with an extensive and varied client base to offer a dynamic property management service which combines the technological capabilities of a larger, multi-disciplinary practice with a dedicated personal service. In addition to managing GMI Property’s existing portfolio, Propstone will be working with property companies across the North of England to enhance portfolio value and deliver a comprehensive solution to all aspects of property management.

Philip Speight comments; “Investor interest in the regions continues to strengthen and as a result, in addition to increasing activity from established investment firms, we are continually witnessing new entrants to the market with property and facilities management requirements. As such, now is an opportune time to establish a niche operation to offer a dedicated, innovative service.”

Chris Gilman continues; “Our own experience client-side highlighted the gap in the regional market for a forward-thinking and committed firm to work in partnership with organisations to offer a professional and uncomplicated service. Philip is one of the region’s most respected property management specialists and we are confident that Propstone can capitalise on the positive market conditions to create strong partnerships with property firms in the north of the country. We are delighted to announce the launch of this exciting new collaborative venture.”

Propstone’s head office is at 41 Paul’s Street in Leeds City Centre.
