The importance of employee health and wellbeing has risen sharply up the public policy agenda over the past decade.
Earlier in the year, the government launched a Smart Working Code to guide businesses in how to ensure better and more flexible working practices for them.
In a recent interview Robin Hay co-founder of caterers Bennett Hay, told FM World that his organisation had “rigid” wellbeing policies including a nutritional programme “to help people counter the stresses of modern life and feel good, helping people to rehydrate, manage their blood sugar, and support their immune systems with more antioxidants”.
