Specialist UK supplier, IronmongeryDirect, has announced that an additional four staff are now have their GAI qualification, enabling them to provide enhanced in-depth technical assistance and support to customers. The qualification was undertaken by staff members from across the business: employees Jenna Cottis and Caroline Vaughan from the Contact Centre, Tomasz Stasiek from the Purchasing team and Kelly Wing from the Direct Sourcing team all completed the Level 1 course. The qualification provides the staff with professional industry knowledge and skills, including everything they need to know about the range of ironmongery products on the market, from how they are made to how they are used. Contact Centre Team Manager, Jenna Cottis, said: “The GAI qualification makes my job ten times easier.
