In an event that celebrates the achievements of the various departments of the company, these awards have been taking place for the past three years and the staff turnout of more than 175 was very impressive and made for an unforgettable evening at the St George’s Park located in the area of Staffordshire. After a sterling speech from Fran Miller of Team Sky, the awards ceremony was kicked off in style with teams and individuals voting for the people that they felt had really stood out during the year. The awards themselves are a good way of seeing how old and new members to the company are recognized for their services and ongoing contributions to the advancement of Novus Property Solutions, with members ranging from Desmond Blackburn (who has been there for 40 years at the company as an interior decorator) to James Riley (who was awarded the Apprentice of the Year prize for his good all-round work at Novus). A whole range of other awards were handed out to various clients and associates , whilst there was even more recognition for the York office base of the company, which was the first department of the company to be coveted with the Safety Excellence prize category which had previously not been something that Novus felt merited the attention of being awarded. It is clear now however that having implemented this new category, Novus are determined to encourage their departments around the company to commit themselves more readily to implementing health and safety measures in the workplace.

Indeed, in the vicinity of the office area itself is the Brighton train station, thus making it a more than ideal location for those traveling to work. The fact that Brighton is such a popular investment where companies like to set up office bases there means that there is a lot of competition for the space itself and the CPF had to cough up a large amount of dough in order to be able to set up a base there in the first place. The premise of these particular homes is that the exterior of the structure might not be able to be seen by ordinary passers-by and pedestrians, but the inside of the home is spacious and luxuriously set up. So what might at first resemble a tiny door in the wall can actually have an inside that is out of this world in terms of innovation and design: it is as if Alice had climbed through the tiny door and into the new exciting world of Wonderland. Using such forms of building and construction materials as glazed roofing materials, laminated plywood structures that hold the property firmly together. The construction and production of such pavements requires at least 20% less energy than concrete or other types of pavements. Bitumen-based pavements are faster to rehabilitate and construct, allowing bitumen roads to be opened for traffic as soon as the pavements are cooled and compacted. These factors heavily reduce the chances of congestion, which may lead to unnecessary fuel consumption and formation of emissions. Very Low Greenhouse gas Emissions Studies have revealed that emissions from bitumen plants, including those of greenhouse gases, are not only very low but also very well controlled. Over the past years, the global bitumen industry has decreased the amount of total emissions produced by it by more than 95%, while also increasing the production volumes by over 250%. The emissions from bitumen plants are so low that they are usually considered negligibly minor sources of pollution. Preserving Water Quality By replacing nonporous surfaces in roads, parking lots, and other applications with porous bitumen systems, runoff water can be turned into infiltration, thus helping restore the hydrology of a site or even improve it, improve the quality of water, and eradicate the need for detention basins for runoff water. Indeed, with an overall amount of Installed Systems transactions amounting to $5,801 million, it is clear that there is a lot to profit from being affiliated with these systems and more and more companies and enterprises in the richest country in the world are resorting to BACS. As Zoltan Kaparthy of the BSRIA explains, the increasing demand for these on the US market is to be seen as a result of the gradual digitalization of assets around the world. Similarly, it is also due to businesses’ growing worry with the cost of energy implementation and it is evident that more and more are trying to work hard to reduce these in the future in order to secure themselves a more sustainable development plan for the future.
