Work Being Carried Out to Create 22 Affordable Homes

Work is being carried out to create 22 affordable homes at a site in Lincolnshire. This new construction project is the newest project being undertaken by Focus Consultants for Waterloo Housing Group. The Boston office of Focus Consultants have been chosen in order to carry out a multi-disciplinary construction and consultancy role for the construction work that is taking place in Church Road and Old Leake. The announcement of this new project comes soon after the completion of Phase Two of the Broadfield Lane construction in Boston. This project has been completed ahead of schedule, and saw the construction of 123 houses on behalf of the Waterloo Housing Group. The appointment for the Old Leake construction project carries on this working relationship which has been built between Waterloo Housing Group, ESHA and Focus Consultants. It is hoped that this relationship will see a wide range of housing projects delivered in the Lincolnshire region. With the housing demand across the UK being high, more and more Housing sites are being carried out, therefore companies working together in order to deliver these projects assures them of the standard of work from their partner when delivering a project. The partnership has also worked together in order to deliver a development of 26 houses for Waterloo Housing at Tytton Lane in Boston, with another ongoing project to build 32 houses off Toot Lane, also in Boston. The Old Leake Scheme will build a collection of one, two, three and four bedroomed houses that once completed will be available for rent or as part of a shared ownership scheme. Old Leake is located around eight miles away from the market town Boston, and the new homes are being built on a site that was formerly used as a caravan and car park adjacent to the White Hart public house. As part of the construction work, part of the pub will be demolished and remodeled in order to make way for a new road. The new homes have been designed to be spacious and offer a range of different parking options. The design has also considered the appearance of the village and will make sure that the houses will blend into the rest of the village when completed.
