Bull Products, a manufacturer of life-saving fire protection equipment, is protecting the construction of one of London’s most prestigious residential developments, No. 1 Palace Street.

Due for completion by 2020, the 3,900 sq m luxury apartment development comprises 72 apartments in a six-storey Grade II-listed building. Located opposite Buckingham Palace, this development will be the only residential building to directly overlook the Palace gardens.

The full residential scheme involves the refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed building, construction behind the retained facades as well as the build of a four-storey basement offering additional luxury facilities.
