SAVILLS APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR IN PRIME ESTATES TEAM TO LEAD BLOCK MANAGEMENT

International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its Prime Estates team with the appointment of Jonathan Channing who will join as a director at the firm’s Margaret Street office on the 5 October 2015.

Jonathan has over 15 years experience in property management and will lead the block management service as part of the Prime Estates division at Savills. He joins from Farrar Property Management where he was head of block management, which he grew from a small  business employing four property managers to a team of 24 staff with over 250 blocks under management.
