Bouygues Energies & Services has won a five-year contract to deliver total FM Services at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL).
NPL is the UK’s National Measurement Institute, which develops measurement standards, science and technology.
It employs more than 650 scientists at its headquarters on the edge of Bushy Park in south-west London.
The TFM contract began on 1 April and includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, fabric maintenance, integrated logistics, contract health and safety management, security, catering, reception, helpdesk, cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance, project management, post and porterage across NPL’s facilities.
Selena Cambers, estates manager at NPL, said: “The nature of our work means that our building has some unique functions and we are very impressed with Bouygues’ commitment to taking the time to understand and answer our needs.” Source link
