Savills, on behalf of St John’s College, has let office space at The Platinum Building on St John’s Innovation Park in Cambridge to Precision Medical Catapult.
The company, which uses diagnostic tests and data-based insights to select the best treatments for medical patients, has agreed to a new five-year lease on space totalling 4,178 sq ft (388 sq m). Precision Medical Catapult now occupies part of the second floor in the east wing of the three storey office building.
Phillip Ridoutt, director of business space at Savills Cambridge, comments: “Situated in a prime science and technology business area, this is the ideal location for Precision Medical Catapult. The Platinum Building offers premium office and R&D space in the popular Northern fringe area of the City and continues to remain popular with growing Cambridge occupiers.”
