Stepnell has started work on a £4.2m contract to build a new clubhouse for Parkstone Yacht Club in Poole, Dorset.

Stepnell is building a three-storey facility with flexible accommodation which can be adapted to support a range of events, with function and meeting rooms. Terraces and balconies overlooking Poole Harbour will give members a bird’s eye view of the club’s sailing events.
Stepnell regional director Robert Speirs said that the new clubhouse would “offer some of the best sailing facilities on the south coast”.
The new clubhouse is scheduled for completion in September 2017.
