Spectrum Service Solutions has won two new contracts with Workman Retail to provide cleaning and facilities management services.

Under the contracts, Spectrum Service Solutions will provide core cleaning, waste management and pest control services for Falkirk Central Retail Park and Kirkcaldy Central Retail Park, both managed by Workman Retail.

Spectrum Service Solutions has also increased its services with car dealership Arnold Clark to around 15 sites, including BMW in Irvine, and Hyundai in Alexandra Parade, Glasgow.
