Together shortlisted in prestigious league table

I’m delighted to announce that Together has been shortlisted for The Sunday Times’ Top Track 250 – a prestigious league table which ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales.

It’s safe to say that we’ve had a hugely successful year at Together, and we’ve been making changes that will help us fulfill our ambitious plans as we continue to grow.  Recently, we separated our retail and commercial activities under a new corporate governance structure, with the different divisions now managed independently, and we’ve made a number of high-profile appointments to create a dynamic leadership team that will help take the business forward.

Being shortlisted in The Sunday Times’ Top Track 250 is a great acknowledgment of all that we’ve achieved, and is testament to our strong financial performance. Together currently has a loan book in excess of £1.7 billion, and total new lending for the year ended 31 March 2016 stood at £971 million.

We’ve invested heavily in our infrastructure, our people and our products to enable us to meet rising demand for alternative finance across our broad product range, and that’s a major factor in our success.

As well as auction finance, Together’s product range includes bridging finance, residential and commercial mortgages and secured loans, and our common sense philosophy means that we’re able to provide funding in many scenarios where a mainstream lender may not be able to assist.

We work with property professionals, landlords, investors and financial advisers across the UK who know they can trust us to make a quick decision and meet the tight funding deadlines that often come with an acquisition. Whether it’s a residential property, a buy-to-let, an auction purchase or a large-scale development, our team of experts have unrivalled expertise; having been delivering finance to customers for 42 years.

Together has seen a huge increase in headcount over the past year as we grow our team to support the continued demand. In fact, the number of employees has increased by 22% in the past year alone, and we currently have a dedicated team of 460 colleagues.

We’re proud of all we’ve achieved to date, and look forward to the next chapter. Despite any uncertainty in the property market that may result from Brexit, our clients know that they can trust in our stability, thanks to our strong financial position and committed funding channels, and this shortlisting is a firm reminder of that.
