The finalists for the BIFM Scotland Recognition Awards 2016 have been announced.

The winners of the three categories will be revealed on 7 May at the region’s gala ball, held at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow.

Finalists of the FM Professional of the Year category are David Bedwell, Health Facilities Scotland; Anne Davidson and Mike MacKay, both of Serco; and David West, Space Solutions/Transocean.

Arthur McKay, NESCOL MTFM Team, Serco Healthcare and Spectrum Service Solutions make up the Team of the Year finalists, while the FM Project of the Year finalists are Simon McLaughlin, AECOM; Fergal McCauley, City of Glasgow College; and Steve Gordon, Hilton Coylumbridge.
