Savills, on behalf of Balagan Group, has let further office space at 8 Commerce Road in Lynchwood, Peterborough to the Landlord Hub.

The tenant referencing company has agreed to a new lease for a further 2,488 sq ft (231 sq m) on the first floor of the two storey building. The Landlord Hub already occupies 2,488 sq ft (231 sq m) on the ground floor of the building and is taking the additional space to facilitate the company’s rapid expansion.

This is the ideal space for the Landlord Hub and we are pleased to have been able to accommodate its continued growth.”
