Keysource has secured a facilities management contract at Leeds City Council.
Under the terms of the deal, Keysource is to provide both planned and reactive maintenance services to support the council’s data centres and IT systems.
Keysource says its emergency repair service guarantees a response time onsite in under a maximum of four hours. The firm will also provide training for LCC staff on the data centres and equipment.
Mike West, CEO at Keysource, said: “We will focus on fundamental elements such as compliance, risk and availability utilising our unrivalled experience in the data centre environment and our invaluable understanding of total cost of ownership issues.”
Earlier this year, Keysource won a contract to secure data centres at the University of Leicester.
