McLaren Construction is main contractor on Lendlease’s £45m Cambium residential scheme in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

The development, in Southfields, will provide 110 new homes, half of which will be in three- and four-storey townhouses and half in a block of flats. Architect is Scott Brownrigg.
The project is due to finish in 2018.
