Mace, the international consultancy and construction company has been working on site with Ronson Capital in order to deliver the practical completion of their Chiltern Place project. This 15-storey scheme has been worked on by the team at Mace since 2015 and is located in Marylebone, West London.
The companies have been celebrating the practical completion of the Chiltern Place project which will deliver to the market 55 luxury flats and a townhouse. The development also offers retail space on the ground floor of the site. The project has been designed by PLP Architects and it is thought that the design would visually echo the form of the 1960s office block that previously occupied the space. The development is located close to the high street in Marylebone and will help to fill the gap in the market for high-quality residential stock.
Working with Mace, the consultancy and construction company, is the investment company Ronson Capital Partners. This investment firm works to deliver prestigious development projects for Central London. Lisa Ronson from the firm has said that Chiltern Place has created 56 brilliant new homes in one of London’s most desirable and central locations. The Executive Chairman for Mace, Stephen Pycroft, has commended the work of his team over the course of the last two years in order to create an iconic new architectural point in the heart of Marylebone alongside PLP Architects and Ronson Capital Partners. Mace has a commitment to excellent service from their five global hubs.
The completion of this new luxury residential scheme is great news for all of the companies involved and will be a valuable addition to their portfolio. Mace has worked to deliver the highest possible quality residential space while also working in order to ensure that the work done safely while also remaining within budget.
