Clugston Construction has booked an £11m contract to deliver two new care homes for Porthaven Care Homes in Farnham and Kidlington.

The two homes will be built and fitted out by Clugston’s West Midlands team. They will have up to 70 bedrooms and communal living and dining facilities.

The Farnham project, in Surrey, is expected to be completed by July 2017 and the Kidlington project, in Oxfordshire, is scheduled for completion by August 2017.

Clugston regional manager Danny Dawson said: “The care home sector is an area of growth for us and one we have been focusing on for a while. We are delighted to have been selected by Porthaven Care Homes to deliver these schemes and look forward to building a strong relationship with them.”
