Works Commence at Luxury Development in Bramcote

Nottingham-based luxury home developer, North Sands Developments, has begun construction on its second prestigious residential development on the exclusive and sought-after Cow Lane in Bramcote, Nottingham, with the first look revealed.

The development, which is located in the sought-after Bramcote Village Conservation area near Beeston, is to be named The Grove and will comprise of three luxurious, large five-bedroom family homes, each with a white render finish and expansive windows.

Priced between £1.5million and £1.7million, each exclusive home will boast a clean, contemporary look and feel with high end functionality, and will offer large open plan living, kitchen and dining areas, ideal for modern family living.

Having already cleared the site, North Sands Developments has started works on these dream homes, due to complete in Spring 2023.
