Preston-based Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. (RPPM) has won a contract to manage the city’s North Road Retail Park development.

Acting on behalf of local landlords Worthington Properties, the brief will see the commercial property firm handle all aspects of property management, including service charge, rent collection and carrying out maintenance and repair works to ensure the smooth running and upkeep of the site.

Phase One of the development includes cycle retailer Evans Cycles and fitness club chain Pure Gym.
