The Leeds-based house building company, Park Lane Homes, has been named as one of just 13 companies who have been chosen to represent the best industry practice as part of the 2016/17 Parliamentary Review.

The company was first founded in 1990 and is an independently run business that has a wealth of experience in property, design, and building. It is great news that the company has been selected for the Parliamentary Review. This government process mixes political commentary that has been sourced from leading journalists with a collection of sector-specific insights from Secretaries of State, Ministers and MPs.

The Parliamentary Review was published this month and is known to be a key date in the political calendar. The Review looks back on the year in industry and Westminster in order to celebrate the best practice demonstrated by companies as a learning tool for the public and private sector in the UK. Each edition of the Parliamentary Review is sent on to more than 500,000 leading policymakers as a demonstration of how sector leaders can respond to challenges in the political as well as the economic environment.

Park Lane Homes was one of 13 sector representative that were asked to contribute to the articles which also included a foreword from the Prime Minister, Theresa May. It is a proud moment for the company to have been selected to contribute to the latest Parliamentary Review and it is a reflection of the company’s quality of service, house building and best practice. The house builder will soon begin the construction of a luxury detached home located in Collingham with plans for detached and semi-detached homes.
