Roann Limited, the granite and quartz worktop supplier, has announced its appointment to an £82 million Leeds city centre apartment project, the Phoenix. As part of the contract, the company will become the project’s exclusive supplier of kitchen worktops. The Phoenix scheme, set for completion in the summer of 2023, consists of two residential blocks, with a total of 367 apartments, rising to 18 and 22 stories high. The new accommodation will offer a number of disabled accessible compliant apartments, alongside communal facilities, basement car parking, landscaping and public open spaces. “We’re delighted to have been appointed as the exclusive supplier of kitchen worktops for this Leeds-based project.
