Aver acquires Trebor Developments M6 industrial scheme

Trebor Developments and Seddon Developments have sold their Prime Point 14 speculative, industrial, development to Aver Property Limited Partnership. The site lies one minute from Junction 14 on the M6 Motorway. The two units of 66,628 sq ft and 76,742 sq ft will be constructed during 2022 by Seddon Construction Limited and provide high quality, sustainable BREEAM “Very Good” and EPC “A” rated, industrial units for rent in the Staffordshire area. Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner, at Trebor commented: “Prime Point 14, Stafford, is a prime location being only one mile from Junction 14 of the M6. The two mid-size units are on a very established industrial park and will meet market demands, the area suffers from little choice of quality industrial units in this area. Construction Contractor J F Finnegan announces the successful completion of Avion Plot 3C, Aero Centre in Doncaster for Trebor Developments. Plot 3C Aero Centre, located at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, consists of the construction of two industrial/logistics units totaling approximately 105,111 sq ft, inclusive of first floor office accommodation.  J F Finnegan are no strangers to working in this region having delivered the Concrete Sleeper Production Facility at Ten Pound Walk for Trackwork Moll Limited and Warehouse & Office Units at First Point Business Park for The Catesby Property Group. Avion at Aero Centre provides two high quality mid-size industrial units suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses, located adjacent to one of the fastest growing UK airports with excellent traffic links to the M18, A1, M62 and M1. Plot 3C Aero Centre, located at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, consists of the construction of two industrial/logistics units totaling approximately 105,111 sq ft, inclusive of first floor office accommodation.  Site preparation works are already underway and the project is scheduled for completion in June 2020. J F Finnegan are no strangers to working in this region having delivered the Concrete Sleeper Production Facility at Ten Pound Walk for Trackwork Moll Limited and Warehouse & Office Units at First Point Business Park for The Catesby Property Group. Trebor Developments Acquires Logistics Site

The joint venture between Trebor Developments and Hillwood has acquired a 25 acre site in order to develop a 400,000 sq ft building for the logistics sector. The site acquired by the pair is Gateway 4 in Doncaster, near the M18 motorway. A planning application is on its way as the venture aims to develop the building designed for the logistics sector over the next 12 months. Subject to planning approval, work is due to start on site in the summer and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2020. The development will be marketed by Trebor/Hillwood as Gateway 4, Doncaster. “We are delighted to be acquiring this site from Lazarus Properties and bringing forward such a major transaction in the North. We anticipate our current pipeline of schemes in the North of England delivering in the order of one million sq ft over the next 12 months, in a range of unit sizes,” commented Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor Developments. The agents are CBRE and CPP.
