Staffordshire-based housing association, Aspire Housing, has appointed independent construction, property and management consultant Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) to provide fire consultancy services for its development schemes covering new build and refurbishment projects.
Aspire Housing owns and manages more than 9,000 homes across Staffordshire and Cheshire. RLB has been appointed on a three-year contract to support Aspire Housing with putting in place best in class fire safety practices and preparing for the ongoing regulations arising from the Building Safety Act.
