A real estate fund manager, Clearbell, has announced that Clearbell Property Partners II LP has completed a string of sales in its Amber portfolio recently, within the last third of the year. These amounts total to an approximated £24 million. Following the sales there are now 20 remaining assets in the portfolio, spread across the country. The portfolio initially included 29 assets and was acquired from Aberdeen Asset Management as far back as the summer of 2015, with Franklin Templeton Real Asset Advisors on behalf of a client, and one other co-investment partner.

Indeed, in the months in between October and January of this year, a total of 5 assets were sold, totalling 265,000 square feet of space. Acquired by investors based primarily within Great Britain, the assets range from locations such as Milton Keynes to areas in the vicinity of Glasgow in Scotland. Indeed, it seems clear that businesses and industries are attracted to the kind of assets enclosed within the portfolio that is managed by Clearbell. 20 assets remain within the portfolio.

The total amount of sales across the portfolio to date reach £44 million.
