Strong new leisure occupier muscles into Cowgate, Peterborough

Savills, on behalf of Webb Commerce, has let space at Britannic House, 15/27 Cowgate in Peterborough to Fit 4 Less.

The budget gym operator has agreed to a new 15-year lease and will occupy 9,490 sq ft (881 sq m) on the first floor of the building. The property, which was formerly occupied by Rileys as a snooker hall, was granted planning consent for the change of use earlier this year.
