Leading home counties developer, Weston Homes has appointed Les Trott, Quality Assurance & Customer Services Director, to join the Weston Homes Plc Board.

Les joined Weston Homes in June 2013 to head up the Customer Services team for the business, bringing with him 20 years of experience. Having begun his career working for Bryant Homes, Les went on to Gallliford Try and then Bovis Homes, where he worked for 10 years as the Customer Care Director for the South East Region.

Les commented: “I am thrilled to join the Weston Homes Plc Board. Customer Services forms a vital part of a business, as we are able to help customers through their whole purchasing journey and after sales completion. It is a department which can often be overlooked by other companies, so I am pleased that Customer Services will have a voice on the Weston Homes Plc Board.”
